Bachy Soletanche Australia (BSA) is a leading geotechnical foundation contractor based in Sydney that must meet multiple quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS 4801 and OFSC). Prior to 2017 they relied on a time-consuming, paper-based integrated management system that was resource-heavy, slowed field productivity and left remote workers dependent on administrative staff to access documents.

In 2017 BSA implemented Mango’s cloud-based IMS, giving all employees remote access to documents and inspections and removing much of the paper burden. Mango reduced the resources required to manage the IMS, improved field productivity, decreased operating costs and drove the company’s compliance requirements through a single, accessible platform.
