Alaron Products No Longer Spend Any Time Searching for Reports or Documents

Alaron Products, a manufacturer of dietary supplements, complementary medicines and personal care products, faced cumbersome compliance processes across NSF, GMP, FDA, ISO 13485 and other regimes. Relying on spreadsheets for training and Microsoft Access for preventative maintenance led to missing documents, frequent audit actions and lost employee time searching for reports. To address this, Alaron implemented Mango’s compliance and audit management platform.

Since deploying Mango in 2019, Alaron no longer loses documents and staff no longer spend time searching for reports. All internal audits are run in Mango (including daily and weekly tablet-based checks), external-audit reports can be pulled easily, tasks and incidents are tracked to completion, and more people can raise improvements—resulting in timely report completion and greater audit confidence thanks to Mango.
