CODA Gallery, an El Paseo landmark representing more than 25 years of contemporary art, needed a modern gallery management system after its previous software no longer suited the needs of the established gallery. CODA Gallery selected Managed Artwork and its Artwork Manager™ platform to replace the outdated system and support the gallery’s collection of work by over 150 artists.
Managed Artwork worked closely with CODA Gallery staff to import the large body of inventory into Artwork Manager™, eliminating manual data entry and enabling a seamless transition. The Managed Artwork implementation consolidated inventory management, reduced entry errors and administrative time, and improved operational efficiency across CODA Gallery’s 15,000-square-foot space.
