Platcorp Group, a major impact finance investment holding company operating across multiple African markets, needed a way to move beyond inflexible legacy systems that were slowing expansion, automation, and customer service. To overcome these bottlenecks, Platcorp turned to Mambu’s cloud platform and API-enabled core to support faster growth and easier entry into new territories.

Mambu helped Platcorp migrate multiple country operations to a composable cloud architecture on AWS, standardize processes, and automate key tasks such as payments, statements, and repayment initiation. The result was a major reduction in loan turnaround time and about 100,000 man-hours saved annually, while also enabling launches in new markets including South Africa, Lesotho, and Zambia.
