New10, the digital lending spinoff launched by ABN AMRO, set out to better serve Dutch SMEs with faster, more flexible financing. Facing a legacy core system and a slow, costly operating model, New10 needed a cloud-native, composable platform that would let it move quickly to market while focusing on customer-facing value creation. It chose Mambu’s API-enabled core banking engine to support that goal.

With Mambu, New10 built an agile SME lending platform on AWS, integrating origination, KYC, AML, credit scoring, and decisioning tools into a single digital flow. The result was a launch in just 10 months, with fully digital 15-minute credit decisions and loan disbursal within two working days. Within six months, New10 had opened over 2,000 accounts, attracted 65% new-to-ABN AMRO customers, and lifted NPS to 60+.
