MACH - Customer Case Study

MACH, the digital bank launched by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones to bring banking to Chile’s unbanked, grew rapidly but was constrained by an inflexible core platform that made scaling and fast product development difficult. To move to a cloud-native, API-driven model with lower maintenance overhead, MACH selected Mambu’s SaaS banking platform for its configurability, SLAs and ease of integration.

Mambu migrated MACH’s customer base and provided a composable, cloud-native core with APIs and webhooks so MACH could rapidly launch and iterate products while Mambu handled infrastructure and upkeep. As a result, MACH became Chile’s first neobank to offer digital accounts and now serves over 3 million users (including 2 million first-time account holders), processes 100,000+ MACH Pay transactions and 500,000+ MACH account transactions daily, adds roughly 3,000 customers per day, and benefits from faster, cheaper innovation thanks to Mambu.
