Servei d’Informàtica Local de Menorca (Silme S.A.), the IT department for the island of Menorca, faced persistent ransomware and exploit attacks that their Panda antivirus repeatedly missed, forcing frequent reimages and restores of infected endpoints and servers. They needed a solution that would detect suspicious behavior and stop zero‑day threats before systems were compromised.

Silme replaced Panda with Malwarebytes Endpoint Security, deployed with HSI Group and managed via the Malwarebytes Console with tailored policies per department. The new solution automatically blocked and cleaned exploits and ransomware, eliminated the need to reimage machines, saved IT time, and restored confidence in their endpoint protection.
