Eden Housing, a nonprofit that builds and manages affordable housing across 30 California cities and 95 locations, was hit by a wave of malware and ransomware that slowed or disabled user PCs. A small IT team spent significant time traveling and cleaning roughly 100 machines a month with limited visibility into infection sources, so they needed a centralized, preventive solution to protect endpoints and regain productivity.
