Case Study: CentraArchy Restaurants improves endpoint protection and visibility with Malwarebytes

A Malwarebytes Case Study

Preview of the CentraArchy Restaurant Case Study

CentraArchy Restaurants serves up a heaping plate of anti-malware protection

CentraArchy Restaurants, a Southeast U.S. hospitality company with 19 restaurants, was struggling with malware infections that slowed managers’ PCs and interrupted access to email and cloud-based applications. Despite using multiple antivirus tools, threats and phishing-related attacks were still getting through, and IT lacked centralized visibility to quickly identify infections. CentraArchy turned to Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection to improve and simplify endpoint security.

Malwarebytes deployed its cloud-based Endpoint Protection across PCs and POS servers, replacing the company’s older antivirus products with centralized management, real-time visibility, and multi-vector threat detection. Malwarebytes removed malware and leftover artifacts missed by other tools, quarantined adware, Trojans, ransomware, and PUPs, and eliminated user downtime from scans by allowing nondisruptive protection. The result was faster remediation, better operational efficiency, improved PC performance, and stronger PCI DSS support for sensitive data.
