Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield US sought to centralize and standardize its tenant communications across its properties, update tenants with relevant information, and streamline the work request process. To meet this challenge, they turned to the vendor Mallcomm and their platform, Connect, to create a tenant portal.

Mallcomm’s solution involved extending the Connect platform to 24 centers and adding the Sales Collection and Advanced Critical Comms modules. This implementation gave property teams the tools to efficiently collect retailer sales data and manage security procedures, achieving 94.2% tenant adoption with 4,375 registered tenants and 22,370 app users. The platform fundamentally changed how URW engages with its retailers, enabling swift and effective communication for both routine updates and critical incidents.
