Savills, a UK-based property management company, managed a large portfolio of retail sites and was seeking a more effective way to engage with its tenants. To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor Mallcomm to implement its white-labeled communication platform, known as Savills Insights.
The solution from Mallcomm created a centralized communication hub, streamlining information delivery and fostering a stronger community across 130 retail centers. This initiative resulted in a dramatically increased retailer engagement rate, achieving an average uptake of 92% per centre. The success has led Savills to explore further integrations of Mallcomm's platform to maximize efficiency across its entire portfolio.
