A Mallcomm Case Study
AMF Fastigheter, a major Swedish real estate company with the country's largest mixed-use portfolio, sought a digital community platform to connect its diverse stakeholders and enhance the physical experience across its properties. Their challenge was to foster a sense of community, improve tenant engagement, and streamline operations and communications. They selected vendor Mallcomm after a competitive tender to implement its white-label platform, which was locally branded as "KUNO."
Mallcomm's solution involved creating a unified app that connected 36 buildings and over 1,000 tenants across eight distinct districts. Each district was individually configured within the app to meet its specific needs while being united under the single KUNO brand. The results were highly successful, with an average tenant uptake of 94%, connecting 10,788 users. This provided AMF Fastigheter with a single digital source for communication, services, and community engagement, effectively breaking down barriers and creating a thriving digital ecosystem.
