MakoLab partnered with a leading European automotive OEM to address challenges stemming from their legacy vehicle data hub. The client needed a modern solution to process vast volumes of vehicle lifecycle data in near real-time, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve data quality issues that were causing operational inefficiencies and falling customer satisfaction.

MakoLab designed and implemented a centralized, scalable architecture using Apache Pulsar and Flink for event-based data processing. The solution integrated over 30 producing systems and more than 100 consuming systems, and included an extensive data cleanup. The resulting high-performance platform now processes millions of events with under 500ms latency, ensuring reliable data flow, full regulatory compliance, and enhanced user experience through mobile apps and service centers.
