@realty is a Australian real estate agency with a network of over 300 sales associates operating on a customized Salesforce Partner Community Environment. Wanting to ramp up digital marketing, @realty asked partner SaaSFocus to find an email marketing solution that could integrate with their special Salesforce setup; many platforms failed to read data from the Partner Community until a demo with Makesbridge showed promise, making reliable Salesforce integration the primary challenge.

Makesbridge deployed its full development team (including the CEO) to resolve a partial sync issue, ultimately achieving 100% connectivity with @realty’s Salesforce environment and validating the fix through testing. Makesbridge then co-developed an onboarding and education program (including monthly webinars) to train agents; about 80 agents are now using the Makesbridge platform and mass email campaigns are achieving strong engagement, with open rates of 35–40%.
