The customer's challenge was its lack of a strong online presence; while it had a basic website, it was not effectively showcasing its vast portfolio of impressive projects to potential clients.

MUV addressed this by first enhancing Leck's content, identifying key projects that lacked imagery and managing a professional photoshoot to capture the quality of their work. For a specific new housing development called Solway Drive, MUV created a bespoke, brochure-style website to serve as a sales tool. The solution involved crafting a sub-brand that visually connected to the main Leck Construction identity. The new Solway Drive site effectively communicated the development's offerings and its stunning coastal location, providing a simple and user-friendly experience for generating leads.
