Heritage Insurance, founded in 2012 as a fast-moving startup, needed a cloud-ready, end-to-end insurance platform and an operating model that could keep pace with rapid growth and shifting market priorities. Partnering with Majesco, Heritage deployed the CloudInsurer P&C Suite on the cloud using an enterprise agile model and a full-time client partner to align priorities and accelerate delivery. The solution enabled rapid scaling and new capabilities (mobility, BI/analytics), helping Heritage grow from zero policies in 2012 to ~332,000 policies and $683M in premiums-in-force by Q1 2016, achieve revenue growth to $394.8M in 2015, reach profitability within three quarters, and become a top-five provider in Florida with ~1,800 independent agents.
