Pita Pit USA, a fast-growing franchise with about 180 U.S. locations, needed a cost-effective, user-friendly and reliable POS solution with strong ongoing support to help manage rising sales and expansion. Maitre’D was rolled out across stores and integrated with the PIT Card loyalty program (via Heartland‑Chockstone), Electronic Funds Transfer, Time & Attendance, Delivery and optional Accounts Receivable, while Maitre’D e‑Global provides corporate menu control and centralized reporting with store-level pricing flexibility. The change delivered faster, more responsive support, easier daily operations that improve customer service, better labor management and a lower total cost of ownership.
