St-Hubert Rotisseries is a Canadian restaurant chain founded in Montreal in 1951 with more than 100 locations across Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick. As the brand expanded across full-service, resto-bar and quick-service concepts, the company needed a scalable POS and back‑office platform that would evolve with them and support a unified ordering experience (one phone number and an online portal) across most Quebec locations.
