St. Andrews Golf Course, the historic “Home of Golf,” needed a modern hospitality system that preserved its traditions while meeting high guest expectations across multiple food, beverage and retail outlets. The clubhouse required flexible point-of-sale access so guests could pay at any terminal and needed accurate tracking of sales, inventory and invoicing across departments and cost centers.

They implemented Maitre’D POS for its flexibility, strong support and efficient training, plus the Time & Attendance module and biometric fingerprint logins. The system simplified service (for example, easy bill splitting), tightened wage and inventory control, and improved security and managerial visibility across the operation.
