Sailormen Inc., the largest Popeye’s franchisee in the USA managing 162 locations, needed a more efficient, configurable POS to streamline operations and improve customer interaction across its stores. After evaluating multiple systems, Sailormen sought a solution that was easy to use, could meet industry standards, and allow front-of-house report printing to simplify management workflows.

They selected the Maitre’D e-Global suite with inventory and payroll interfaces, paired with Partner Tech fanless 5500 workstations and Epson TM-T88 printers. The rollout (four stores already installed, remaining 158 over four years) has enabled front-of-house reporting, faster transactions, and a more personable cashier–customer experience thanks to an intuitive interface that lets customers guide ordering, resulting in smoother operations and an improved dining experience.
