Hotel Indigo’s Limelight Bar & Grill, set in a restored 1892 building in Glasgow, needed a reliable system to manage a full-service boutique-hotel restaurant—handling reservations, back-office scheduling, inventory and shrinkage control, and detailed sales reporting.
