Le Mile Public House, a new cozy pub in Brossard (suburb of Montreal), needed to open profitably and deliver exemplary service from day one while managing a large beer and liquor selection and owners who oversee multiple restaurants offsite. Key challenges included quick staff training, accurate liquor control, and remote access to timely business reports.

Maitre’D POS was installed on Touch Dynamic workstations with Star printers and configured to Le Mile’s slow- and peak-time workflows. The system proved simple, stable and highly customizable, cutting training to 5–10 minutes, enabling daily emailed reports, linking beer/liquor counters to sales to spot over-pours or theft, and speeding table turns so servers spend more time with customers — delivering a smooth launch, tighter cost control and improved service.
