Barnie’s Coffee & Tea, founded in 1980 and operating more than 100 company-owned and franchised locations, needed a turnkey POS and back-office solution to tighten inventory control, streamline scheduled downloads and reporting, reduce labor and operating costs, and improve store uptime and manageability across the chain.

Barnie’s implemented the Windows-based Maitre’D POS and back-office suite, giving managers real-time store visibility, detailed reporting and remote management tools.
