U.S Northern Part Service Provider, a large county in Maryland, needed a more user-friendly computerized asset management system to improve control over work orders and work requests and complete tasks more efficiently. The county manages more than 200 buildings and serves 831,128 citizens, so it needed a better way to support its facility operations.
