Tosca, a global leader in reusable food packaging, was struggling with a legacy CMMS that was difficult to use, lacked mobile access for frontline technicians, and made it hard to track maintenance performance or standardize processes. The team spent too much time printing and distributing work orders by hand, while poor data visibility limited opportunities to improve uptime and efficiency.

With MaintainX’s CMMS, Tosca rolled out a site-by-site implementation across 16 facilities, enabling preventive maintenance, mobile access, photos, chat, and better work order management. MaintainX helped Tosca increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness by 25 percentage points, push OEE from around 55% to consistently above 80%, streamline audits, and improve parts inventory visibility through an integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
