Titan America brought in Senior Reliability Manager Jorge Pinzon to build a reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program at its Florida plant but struggled with ineffective systems for capturing, analyzing, and acting on inspection and maintenance data. To replace manual reports and close the loop on continuous improvement, Titan evaluated and selected MaintainX’s operations and maintenance management software (CMMS) for its mobile-friendly, user-centric approach.

MaintainX was implemented to digitize inspections and SOPs, create a complete asset database, enable real-time work-order entry and messaging, and integrate with Titan’s ERP and Domo dashboards. Within a year Titan tracked 2,700+ meters across 800+ assets, digitized 150+ procedures, eliminated hours of redundant data entry, and achieved a greater-than-30% decrease in unplanned downtime — improvements now being rolled out across Titan America’s subsidiaries.
