How Aparto Student Housing Manages COVID-19 Sanitation Inspections

Aparto, a student housing operator with residences across the UK and Ireland, struggled with paper-based work orders, misfiled paperwork, and poor O&M communication — challenges that were magnified by new COVID-19 sanitation and safety requirements in 2020. To address this, General Manager Kate Collins launched a beta program with MaintainX, adopting its Operations and Maintenance Management Software to move Aparto from manual processes to a digital workflow.
