RedPeg Marketing is an experiential marketing agency that manages campaigns across multiple industries, each with distinct requirements for field and event execution. To support thousands of activations for clients like GEICO and others, RedPeg needed a flexible, company-wide software platform that could standardize processes, improve reporting, and be customized for each client without relying heavily on developers. MainEvent implemented customizable dashboards, calendars, alerts, staffing tools, integrations, and reporting workflows to help RedPeg manage routing, scheduling, documentation, and post-event data collection. The platform also supported automated email and SMS notifications and consolidated consumer data, photos, and videos into a single system. As a result, RedPeg gained better reporting, lower software costs, faster onboarding, and a growing historical database that helps improve future program decisions and optimize client outcomes.
