Moosylvania, working with ASSA ABLOY on the Mobile Innovation Fleet, needed a central portal to manage a fast-growing experiential marketing program. They partnered with MainEvent to support the effort with a custom software solution that could bring event data, communications, and program details into one place.

MainEvent integrated Moosylvania’s custom lead generation application so program data could be aggregated in real time on the MainEvent site, while also automating tasks like event updates, routing changes, and invitation creation. The result was a streamlined process for managing and recapping more than 1,000 events per year, with historical routing and performance data helping guide future decisions across an 8-vehicle fleet.
