Momentum partnered with MainEvent to streamline the Share a Coke tour’s event scheduling, approvals, and reporting across a national activation. The challenge was to give multiple stakeholders, including agency teams, field managers, clients, and staffing support, controlled access to real-time program data while coordinating a complex event creation and approval process.
MainEvent built a custom client request interface and approval workflow, and integrated third-party kiosk data plus confirmed event information with the consumer-facing tour website. The result was a fully connected reporting system that delivered near-immediate post-event recaps, live program updates, and wrap-up reporting on more than one million in-field leads.
