KraftHeinz needed a better way to manage the scheduling, routing, approvals, and reporting for its iconic Wienermobile and Nutmobile experiential marketing tours. The company worked with MainEvent to support these large-scale mobile campaigns, replacing spreadsheet-heavy processes with a more organized event management system and consumer-facing microsites.
MainEvent built a tightly integrated solution that let KraftHeinz receive and approve event requests, share tour information through branded microsites, automate notifications, and collect post-event recap data and analytics. The result was a centralized platform for managing hundreds of events each year, thousands of requests, and richer reporting to help KraftHeinz make better tour-planning decisions; the request site even handled more than 60 wedding proposal requests in just over a week after a viral Wienermobile moment.
