Mailmodo implemented a custom solution that integrated a dynamic RSS feed into their emails. This allowed The Indian Express to send a single daily newsletter that would automatically update its content with fresh news three times a day after delivery. This innovation eliminated stale news in the inbox, significantly increased the relevance of their newsletters, and paved the way for scaling the solution to other content types like sports and election results.
