Working with Mailjet’s technical account managers, Videostream cleaned and segmented its lists, implemented advanced targeting and a weekly newsletter cadence, and improved deliverability. The changes drove open rates to north of 18%, total opens up 415% (from ~15,000 to over 75,000 per campaign), a 10x decrease in cost per open (CPM from $20.14 to $2.02), and a 71% drop in cost per click.
