How DevBranch Started Growing Digital Storefronts with Mailgun and Drupal

Drupal, the open source CMS, worked with Mailgun through DevBranch, a Drupal-focused development team, to solve email delivery and engagement challenges for client websites. As maintainers of the Mailgun integration for Drupal, DevBranch used Mailgun’s email sending service to improve transactional and marketing email performance, especially where deliverability and analytics were needed.

Mailgun helped DevBranch identify underperforming email streams using tags and analytics, leading to better open rates, higher clickthrough rates, and improved ROI. In one case, removing inactive subscribers cut send volume by about half while increasing campaign efficiency. DevBranch also reported reliable performance with Mailgun since 2016 and has rolled out the integration across dozens of projects.
