CareSuper, a leading industry super fund responsible for sensitive member data and subject to APRA regulation, was facing rising volumes of spam and malicious emails while needing robust email continuity and compliance reporting. To strengthen its email security and resilience, CareSuper engaged MailGuard, deploying services including MailGuard’s FastBreak filtering, MailGuard Live continuity, and its reporting capabilities.

MailGuard implemented FastBreak to block spam, malware and zero‑day threats (with proactive remediation support), while MailGuard Live provided an email continuity backup and detailed reporting for risk committees. As a result, MailGuard significantly reduced the volume of malicious and spam emails reaching CareSuper, improved incident response and regulatory assurance, and maintained email availability during outages—delivering measurable protection and operational confidence.
