KC Tool, a German hand tool distributor with a small team and a one-person marketing department, needed a more affordable and flexible email platform after feeling limited by Mailchimp’s pricing and features. Using MailerLite, including its A/B testing, Mailchimp integration, RSS-to-email, and automation tools, KC Tool wanted to save time while improving email performance and driving more sales.
MailerLite helped KC Tool automate its daily “Tool of the Day” newsletter, streamline welcome and follow-up emails, and optimize weekly campaigns through testing. The results were strong: the automated daily email achieved an average 72% open rate and about 7% clicks, the team saw roughly a 1% lift in click rates from testing, and email promotions helped generate major sales wins, including one of their best Black Friday days ever.
