Maido co-created a mobile app with caregivers through focus groups. Their solution featured a simple, traffic-light assessment tool that guides users through questions to recommend a course of action. This empowers caregivers to make informed decisions, reducing unnecessary stress and escalation. The app is now available on major app stores, helping caregivers provide better-informed care.
