Girl Effect transmits 100% of field data in seconds with Maido

Girl Effect, a non-profit organization, faced the complex challenge of gathering authentic research from girls in developing countries. Conventional methods were slow and flawed, as they often involved outsiders asking intimate questions, which failed to yield candid answers. Maido worked with them to create a Peer to Peer research tool to overcome this global quandary.

Maido co-created an intuitive, language-agnostic digital application with girls in Nigeria. This solution was designed for challenging environments and seamlessly transmitted all captured data, including thousands of videos and interviews, from multiple countries. The data was then programmatically analyzed, making insights available within seconds through a sophisticated management system, enabling Girl Effect to gather research safely and faster than ever before.
