Vivah Jewellery, which grew from a single shop in 1985 to 44 locations, was struggling with manual, phone‑based sales reporting, disjointed inventory tracking and increasing security risks as the business scaled. To modernize operations and better protect high‑value items, Vivah Jewellery partnered with Magstar Inc and planned to leverage Magstar’s POS and inventory management capabilities.

Magstar Inc implemented an integrated solution using Magstar POS forms that send nightly cash/sales, payroll and special‑order data directly to head office, added item photos and 2D scanning at the register, enforced configurable discount/return limits, and provided remote support with preloaded replacement computers. The changes delivered immediate time savings (about 6–10 hours a week), reduced pricing and inventory errors, strengthened loss prevention, and enabled fast, same‑day hardware replacement — supporting Vivah Jewellery’s secure, scalable growth.
