Signify’s New Technology Portal Lights Up Communication with the Help of Magnolia

Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), a global leader in lighting technology, commissioned digital agency TRIMM to create a reliable B2B portal to improve service for business customers and give account managers clear, accessible sales insight. The project aimed to deliver a secure customer portal, a digital starting point for personal customer care, faster time-to-market for new products, and cost savings through more efficient account and sales management.

TRIMM built the My Technology Portal on Magnolia CMS: a responsive, centrally accessible platform for OEM customers that offers order overviews, product and technical information, a self-service dashboard with widgets, and direct advisor contact when needed. Centralizing communication accelerated processes, improved UX, increased portal usage, reduced costs, spawned new digital sales ideas, and earned industry recognition (Gold MarCom Award) while becoming Signify’s preferred B2B communication channel.
