R+V24, a leading German direct insurer, needed more than a visual refresh: their aging Teamsite CMS had to be replaced while migrating 650 text pages and over 2,000 files, converting both frontend and backend, and delivering a fully responsive, clearly structured site that supports 24/7 digital customer service. The relaunch also had to give editors more flexibility and simplify content management without disrupting ongoing operations.

Working with Neofonie, R+V24 migrated to Magnolia 6 and implemented reusable modules, role-based workflows, templates, content/page apps, responsive breakpoints, a quick car‑insurance calculator, and predictive search powered by an ElasticSearch module. The result is a clean, user-focused portal with faster content creation, impressed editors after brief training, improved customer experience, and lower maintenance and development effort.
