A Magnolia CMS Case Study

Preview of the Grolsch Case Study

Grolsch impresses with new digital solutions for customers and business partners

Grolsch, the leading Dutch brewery, needed to meet growing digital expectations from catering partners and reach a mobile-first audience for its Kornuit brand. The main challenges were providing a single self-service entry point for all online tools, handling customer inquiries efficiently to relieve support staff, uniting departments around shared customer data, and delivering a modern mobile experience for urban young consumers.

Working with TRIMM and Magnolia, Grolsch launched the Duurzame Horeca B2B portal and a mobile-first Kornuit site. The portal unifies back-end systems, integrates Microsoft 365 and BI tools, and provides analytics and account-manager workflows to reduce support load and improve segmentation and targeted messaging. The Kornuit site gives editors design freedom, easy content updates and swipe-first navigation, producing a modern consumer presence and faster access to relevant content.
