Case Study: Enercity achieves a visual, easy-to-use headless CMS for faster content editing with Magnolia CMS

A Magnolia CMS Case Study

Preview of the Enercity Case Study

Energy supplier enercity AG improves content editor usability with Magnolia’s hybrid headless CMS

enercity AG, the main provider of power, gas and water in Hanover (now serving all of Germany), set out to relaunch its website to be more user-centric and responsive. They needed to merge separate desktop and mobile sites, add powerful product configurators, and—crucially—replace a hard-to-use pure headless CMS with a visual, editor-friendly solution that would give content teams more layout options and independence from IT.

Working with agency Neoskop, enercity implemented Magnolia’s hybrid headless CMS with custom apps and React components, enabling visual editing, easy product-data management, form building and fast creation of personalized campaign landing pages. The result is a responsive site where editors can quickly create and edit pages and components through an intuitive interface, improving usability and accelerating digital lead generation.
