The engagement delivered $620K in direct sourcing cost savings, a 35% conversion rate, a 13% increase in diversity hiring in manufacturing, 100% certified diversity spend, a 43% fulfillment rate in 2022, 1.5 interviews per hire, and an 18-day reduction in time-to-fill—while eliminating manual billing, improving compliance, and giving Toyota accurate, enterprise-wide workforce visibility.
