A Magnit Case Study

Preview of the ServiceNow Case Study

ServiceNow Decreases Labor Spend by More Than 17.5%

ServiceNow, a global cloud-based SaaS company, was struggling to scale its contingent workforce amid a tightening labor market, rising local labor costs, urgent large contracts with limited budgets, and a need to diversify its talent pool. After finding its incumbent vendor unable to meet growing complexity, ServiceNow partnered with Magnit and adopted Magnit's Total Talent Intelligence solution—specifically Pay Intel—supported by Magnit's Strategic Advisory team.

Magnit implemented Pay Intel and advisory services to provide on‑demand rate benchmarking, global supply/demand insights, and hiring-manager guidance, enabling ServiceNow to source remote and more diverse talent outside local offices and to budget more accurately. The results included 17.5% labor talent savings, $13.72 average savings per hour, a 7.7‑day reduction in time‑to‑fill across 21 job titles, maintained labor quality, and program expansion into EMEA and APAC.
