NetApp, a global leader in intelligent data infrastructure, faced talent-acquisition pressures including limited budgets, the need to optimize spend, and faster access to fair-market talent for hiring managers. Magnit launched Direct Sourcing at NetApp in March 2023, partnering with Tundra and using AI/ML-enabled sourcing and matching to scale candidate flow and improve quality. The program expanded NetApp’s pipeline over 12x, filled 24.1% of U.S. contingent roles between August 2023 and May 2024, projected $112K+ savings, cut time-to-fill by 50%, and increased interviews and submittals—results that have led NetApp to expand its partnership with Magnit further.
