magnews implemented an account connected natively to Salesforce CRM, keeping both systems aligned for lead management and mass campaign execution. The platform also enabled automation flows and a lead scoring model to profile incoming leads based on interactions and survey responses. As a result, Comau could orchestrate lead generation in real time, make corrective actions based on sales feedback, and assign unique scores to different lead types to better prioritize follow-up.
