Borgione, a company that has supported children and teachers for over 50 years, wanted to guide users step by step through its e-commerce journey, capture contact data, redevelop CRM efforts, and create more personalized customer journeys. With magnews and its digital marketing platform, the goal was to observe on-site behavior and turn browsing activity into useful lead-generation data.
magnews implemented its full technology stack, especially Web Experience, to track both anonymous and known users through web tags and tailor on-site messaging based on browsing behavior. The results included 309 known profiled users, 6,835 anonymous profiled users, and 52 additional purchases generated thanks to a registration voucher, showing a clear impact on lead generation and conversions.
