A global fashion brand was losing potential sales as visitors left the site or abandoned carts and needed an automated, flexible way to bring shoppers back and convert them. Magnetic was engaged to design action-based email triggers to reclaim those visitors and reduce lost revenue.
Magnetic deployed fully personalized trigger emails that auto-populated abandoned items, added predictive product recommendations, and used cookies/device IDs/email matching so shoppers could be retargeted even when not logged in; templates were tailored to the brand’s look. Results drove strong engagement: overall averages of 57% open rate, 39% click-through rate and 69% click-to-open rate, with abandoned-cart converting at 13% (abandoned-site converting at 7%).
