Yass Valley Council, a New South Wales local government serving about 16,500 residents with 162 staff and a $102m annual budget, recognised it needed to modernise its business systems to meet rising community expectations and limited resources. After dissatisfaction with its previous supplier and having positive experience with MAGIQ Documents, the Council selected MAGIQ Software to deliver a cloud-based transformation using the MAGIQ Platform.

MAGIQ Software implemented the MAGIQ Platform (a web-based finance and council management suite) alongside the MAGIQ Performance Suite for budgeting, reporting and planning, replacing legacy systems.
